“That’s Not My Polar Bear!” Art Activity (and free download!)

Have you seen the adorable Usborne book series called “That’s not my….”? If you haven’t you should check them out, they are so fun! You can find them on Amazon here! We have been studying an arctic unit in preschool and we wanted to create a fun activity to go along with the book That’s Not My Polar Bear by Fiona Watt. We have a free download below if you’d like to do this activity at home!

You will need:

  • The book That’s Not My Polar Bear! by Fiona Watt (available on Amazon)

  • Free polar bear printable (see below!)

  • Construction paper

  • Glue

  • Crayons or markers

  • Some different textured materials (foam, glitter paper, fabric, just use what you can find around your house!)

Instructions:

Read the book That’s Not My Polar Bear together.

Download and print the polar bear printable.

Cut out the pieces and glue them onto the construction paper. Color in the eyes and nose if you want!

Using the different textured materials, fill in his feet, ears, or any other parts you want!
