We have a fun, easy, and quick Christmas math game for you to try with your preschooler! It can be hard to make sure kids are still working on important academic skills during the holidays, but this game is sure to keep them engaged and bring holiday fun while incorporating counting, number identification, and one to one correspondence all at once! You can find the Ornament Counting Math Game in our shop, and keep reading to see how to play!
You will need:
Ornament Counting Game sheets (find them here!)
Scissors
Dice
Sheet protector
Dry erase marker
Instructions:
Download and print the Ornament Counting Math game.
Color the pages, then cut out the ornaments.
Put the tree page into a sheet protector.
Have your child roll the dice, then count what number they rolled.
Add that many ornaments to the tree.
Then use the dry erase marker to write the number of ornaments on the present box.
Erase, roll again, and keep playing!
To make it harder, you can use two dice and add the numbers together.
