You will need:

Ripped Paper Turkey Art free download (get it below!)
Construction paper in Thanksgiving colors (yellow, red, brown, orange)
Glue
Scissors

Instructions:

Download and print the Ripped Paper Turkey Art pages (get them below!)
Cut out one turkey body for each student.
Cut the construction paper into strips.
Give the students the strips of paper. You can have them either cut or rip the paper into small squares.
Glue the small squares all over the turkey feather page.
Glue the turkey body on top of the ripped paper feathers.
