Z is for Zebra Stripes Watercolor Painting (free download!)

We’ve been learning and practicing the letter Z in our classrooms lately, and we created this adorable activity to go along with our lessons. Of course, when you’re talking about the letter Z you’ve got to talk about zebras! So here’s a simple and cute zebra stripe art activity to reinforce your letter learning. Be sure to grab the free download at the bottom of the post!

You will need:

• Z is for Zebra Stripes page (free download below!)

• Watercolors (there’s a fun set on Amazon here)

• Paintbrush

• Painter’s tape

Instructions:

1. Download and print the Z is for Zebra Stripes page.

2. Add stripes across the letter Z using the painter’s tape.

3. Fill in the white stripes with your watercolors.

4. Gently peel off the painter’s tape to reveal your colorful zebra stripes!
