Instructions:

  1. Print and laminate the Earth Day Count and Fill Cards. The pack includes blank cards for you to write your own numbers. It also includes picture cards of each item, so you don’t need to purchase the actual counters to play if you don’t want to!

  2. Fill the bin with your sensory base and the counters or picture cards.

  3. Give your child the mini recycling bin, or print off the picture of the bin and attach it to a jar or cup.

  4. Help them identify the number on the cards, then count that many items to put in the recycling bin. Once you’ve finished one card, dump the bin out and try the next one!

  5. You can use scoops or tweezers to grab the items to add even more fine motor building and Earth Day sensory fun!
