Finger Painting Name Trace
This activity is so fun to help your kids practice their name, and also get their hands a little dirty! You only need a few simple items that you'll already have around the house.
You will need:
Paper Cutter
Construction Paper
Marker
Paint
Instructions:
Cut your paper into large strips.
Write your child's names down on the paper strip with the marker.
Get out the paint and have them trace the letters!
Activity Notes:
If you want to make it more difficult, have your child use dots to trace! (see picture)
If your child can already write their name, choose a different word to use for them to practice.
This muffin tin syllable sorting game is farm themed and perfect to add to your literacy center during your preschool farm unit! It’s a great way to practice syllables with little learners.
